The Nonduna-Vasi Trust is funded directly through FCI's socio-economic development initiatives. This trust is structured to provide high-value academic bursaries, primary learning supplies, and secondary school support funding to disadvantaged children living in areas experiencing severe housing backlogs.

✓ Focus: Peri-urban Infrastructure & Basic Skills TrainingWhen FCI initiates a housing mega-project (such as Goodwood Station), our building contracts mandate the hiring of local labor, youth, and women. We establish robust construction apprenticeships, providing young citizens with certified skills in masonry, carpentry, and site safety management.
Furthermore, once a housing complex is fully constructed and tenanting begins, we hire local property administrators, facility caretakers, and security staff directly from the community, providing stable long-term employment.
