RCG approval by the Social Housing Regulatory Authority (SHRA) was officially reached in December 2017. Construction was completed, and tenanting officially initiated in late 2023. By offering high-quality living accommodations within immediate walking distance of commuter rail lines, we return low-to-medium income families directly to transport networks, modern schools, and primary workspaces.
