Tenant Application Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in FCI Community Housing Services. To apply for our active social housing projects (including Goodwood Station), please review the basic qualifying criteria:

  Joint Household Income: Applicant joint household income must fall strictly between R1,800 and R22,500 per month (subject to specific unit caps).
• 2
  Citizenship & Status: Must be a South African citizen or have permanent residency status, with clean credit histories.
• 3
  Subsidy Status: Must not have previously owned residential property or accessed government housing subsidy programs.

Required Supporting Documents

Please attach certified copies of the following when submitting your form:

• • Certified South African ID Copy (for all household members)
• • 3 Months Recent Bank Statements
• • 3 Months Recent Payslips (or proof of income)
• • Certified Marriage Certificate / Divorced Decree (if applicable)
• • Proof of Current Residential Address
